Training and Placement Cell is the spring board for career development of students, their ultimate objective of pursuing technical education. Keeping in view this responsibility and importance, the College has a well organized cell with vastly experienced and suitably competent personnel, and high grade infrastructure. The pre-placement training has become mandatory for students, so they can face highly competitive selection process with confidence. The training part is taken care of by a dedicated wing of the Cell:

Continuing Education Cell which offers need-based training programmes and high-value courses on modern technologies in a very Scientific manner.

 The result has been phenomenal in the placement front.

 It is our proud privilege to state that the College has achieved a BIG MILESTONE in its Campus placement for 2007 batch partially, and 2008 and 2009 batch students. An exemplary record, around 97% students of 2008 batch have been placed through Campus drive by reputed companies such as:

BIRLA SOFT, TCS, ZINDAL STEEL, TISCO, ADOR, FONTECH, EPCOS (INDIA), KITE Communication, HAL (Bangalore), MICROSYS TECHNO WARE (Pune), Assurgent Technology, Calcutta, R.N.INFRA COMP.  PVT. LTD., 14 INFOTECH, ORANGE SOFT, C.M.S. COMPUTER LTD. (New Delhi), H.C.L. VERSATILE I.T. SERVICES, CUROSYS TECHNOLOGY (Hyderabad), Scorpos Corporate Ltd. (Hyderabad), Airport Authority (Kolkata), Bhusan Steel, Manathon Electrical (Kolkata), Vedanta,. NOKIA etc. 

For 2009 Batch, a remarkable achievement, is around 78% in MCA and 52% in B.Tech. so far in placement through campus drive by: 

SATYAM Computer Services, INFOSYS, SUBEX, KITECOM, L&T INFOTECH, CMS Computers Ltd (New Delhi), JOBFARE, ZEN Technology and HCL Infosystem etc. has been done by April, 2008. Effort is being made to organize on / off campus drive by CMM - 5, CMM - 15 Software Companies and MNC Core Companies to provide 100% placement to the students of 2009 batch, with multiple choices, by January, 2009.
